Our practice is devoted exclusively to criminal defense. We defend clients accused of serious and violent criminal offenses, federal drug crimes, federal white collar offenses and federal conspiracy charges. We also represent individuals facing allegations of healthcare fraud involving Medicaid and Medicare, theft and other property crimes, and sex crimes. In addition, we help eligible clients pursue expungements and pardons, giving them an opportunity to move forward with greater confidence after resolving past legal issues.
Our firm is led by founding attorney Robert L. Wyatt IV, whose extensive experience has prepared him to handle complex criminal matters across Oklahoma. He has negotiated hundreds of criminal cases and has presented numerous cases before juries. His practice has taken him to at least 60 of Oklahoma's 77 counties, and he has appeared before all three federal courts in Oklahoma, giving him valuable insight into both state and federal criminal proceedings.
We approach every matter with the understanding that no two cases are alike.
