Overview

Richard moved to Portland from Glenwood Springs, Colorado in 2003. He is originally from Southern California, but grew up primarily in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. While attending Portland State University, Richard was a member of the Pre-Law Society, and he studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain in 2006. Richard is passionate about defending and preserving the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution, and as a partner at McClendon, Owens, Lane & McBreen LLP, he focuses exclusively on defending the rights of those accused of crimes by the state and federal government.
