Overview
Mr. Young heads our Disability Law Center. He began his disability career writing Federal Appellate Briefs for the Social Security Administration. Thereafter, Mr. Young began representing claimants in 1986 on both a local and national scale. He has handled thousands of cases throughout the country with his primary geographic focus in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) and is also an active ABI, NACBA and Pennsylvania Bar Association member. Mr. Young is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts since 1986 and is also accredited to represent Social Security claimants throughout all 50 states. Mr. Young has published disability related articles and has lectured on numerous occasions. Mr. Young has received the distinction of a Superb rated Avvo attorney.
Mr. Young is a life-long Pennsylvania resident who currently resides with his wife and daughter in Holland, Pennsylvania. Outside of law, Mr. Young's primary interests include sports, politics, music (primarily classic rock and blues), dogs, and medicine.
