Hired Attorney W. Joshua Buchanan 2024-2025Josh was hands down the BEST lawyer I could have hired. I found him by typing in best lawyers in bucks county for DUI and hired him right away for a driving while DUI suspended charge. He came up with 2.5 plans for me! Plan A was lengthy and I was doubtful but resulted in my license back early and a lowered charge.. completely successful. I am riddled with Anxiety and he answered every single time I texted or called for any question or concern. He let me know everything i needed to know every step of the way, was ready for things to turn south the whole time, confidently! He also knows some peeps! He knows how to handle the judges and police in a kind personable no BS kinda way. I work in a bar and have his number ready to go! I highly recommend him, and if ever I need again, no 2nd thoughts he is my guy!!! He also was lax with my payment schedule as long as I had it all paid before sentencing, which made it affordable.. thank you so much JOSH!!

Hired Law firm 2023I would not recommend hiring this guy. He makes a lot of empty promises and says he has a lot of connections but then cannot deliver. He funnels all communication through a third person and you will not be able to get a hold of him. He does not reply to emails and beyond the initial meet and greet where he takes your money you will not hear from him. He did not do a single thing and the case just sat their collecting dust.

Hired Law firm 2019i retained Josh Buchanan, and professionally he was amazing along with Valarie, Josh said "it'll be ok" and it was. Valerie said "DONT WORRY" and i didnt have too. Personally Josh was kind and was available any time i reached out, not every lawyer is kind and down to earth and more importantly gets things done!
