Consulted Attorney 2019-2021Stay away - I would recommend that you stay away from this lazy guy. Does not respond property and will drag everything forever. Good luck if you get him.

Hired Attorney 2018-2019Scott represented me in my custody case which was fairly cut and dry. My ex paid a high priced attorney to tell her what she wanted to hear. Scott explained to me how the system worked and layed out a plan for getting equal custody of my son. When we met with the conciliator the first time it was agreed that a temporary visitation schedule would be set that wasn’t equal time. After the meeting I was upset that I had settled for less than what was planned and vented my frustration to Scott. He was quick to respond and explain that even though it wasn’t the desired outcome, it was only temporary and would allow an opportunity to show that this wouldn’t cause any issues with my son. At the second conciliatory meeting the ex and her attorney continued to play the shuffle game and tried to keep my time limited with my son with another revised schedule. I passed the paper back to them and stated that they could keep their revision that I would let a judge decide the terms if they weren’t going to make it equal. Knowing that it wouldn’t work in their favor if it had gone before a judge, they agreed to an equal custody arrangement. Scott’s advise throughout the process was sound and honest and compared to other attorneys I spoke with, his rates were very reasonable.
