Meghan E. Claar moved to Bellwood, Pennsylvania before elementary school where she lived until she graduated from Bellwood-Antis High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2022 from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown, West Virginia. During her time at West Virginia, she interned with the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals Administrative Office. As a newly admitted attorney by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2023, she intends to become a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association.
