    I am very unhappy with this law firm. Very poor communication, nothing explained to me regarding the process and was not told that any and all communication would have another cost attached. Would NOT recommend.

    We are sorry you are unhappy with the cost of your matter. We realize you have probably already made up your mind, but we would note that attorneys essentially deal in their time rather than producing a physical product. Yes, documents get created, emails and faxes get exchanged with the other party, documents are drafted and filed, etc. However, as a service-centered business, time spent on phone calls, emails, etc., is time unable to be spent on other matters for other clients. Rather than charging a higher hourly rate that might be more inclusive of certain communications that would be "unbilled", we strive to keep our hourly rates competitive, and then allow the client to have more control over their cost by how frequently they seek out communication with their attorney. Regardless, we wish you well as you move forward.

    They gave me a lawyer that just started there and I was her first divorce case, which she sucked at. She called me once because my ex’s attorney called her and told he I threatened him. She then called me and asked if I did which I told her no. She charged me for his call and the call to me instead of waiting for our next appointment. This was only one thing I was over billed for
