Firm Information

Overview

I am attorney Sharon L. Wigle, founder of the law firm Sharon Lawruler L.L.C., which is located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. I focus my practice on employment law, contract law, education law and estate planning matters. Dedicated to the best interests of my clients, I provide sound and knowledgeable counsel.

If you're navigating the complexities of workplace issues or safeguarding your financial future, consider reaching out to my office. I appreciate the importance of a positive work environment and am equipped to assist with crafting wills, advance directives, powers of attorney and trusts to secure your economic well-being.

For students with disabilities aspiring to attend college, I am here to liaise with educational institutions to facilitate suitable programs that enhance your learning experience. My passion extends to drafting and arguing contract-related cases, whether they involve purchase and sale agreements, leases, or employment contracts. If these areas resonate with your needs, do not hesitate to get in touch for respectful and diligent service.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from St. Vincent College, I pursued my legal studies at Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, earning my Juris Doctor in 1990. I am licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and I’m an active member of the Westmoreland Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Ned J. Nakles American Inn of Court.

I aim to guide clients toward resolving their cases efficiently. I am a strong advocate for mediation, which often resolves issues without the need for litigation. Through this approach, I work toward negotiating a settlement or arrangement. However, with nearly three decades of practice, I understand that sometimes the court system is the inevitable path. Therefore, I approach every case with thorough preparation, as if it will proceed to trial. Please reach out today for a free initial consultation.

Consulted Attorney Sharon L. Wigle Esq. 2025
In May 2025, Sharon L. Wigle, Attorney at Law engaged our services to develop and implement a lead flow and intake system. We waived the standard setup fee to lower her costs and delivered a fully operational system within one week, meeting all contracted specifications. Ms. Wigle failed to pay the first invoice due June 20th. When contacted, she provided excuses about paying "in a couple of weeks" and incorrectly claimed that companies "usually give 30 days to pay." As a contract attorney, she should have been well aware that our signed marketing services agreement explicitly states: "Payment will be due on the date of billing." Rather than honoring her contractual obligations, Ms. Wigle has now completely stopped responding to our communications regarding the outstanding balance. Service Provider Warning: Sharon L. Wigle, Attorney at Law demonstrates poor business practices and disregard for contractual payment terms. We strongly advise other service providers to require payment upfront or avoid working with this client entirely.

    Hired Law firm 2024
This was the worst experience I have ever had. Every meeting was postponed after I paid the fee. Sharon misspelled my name numerous times and from the first call called me by someone else. Along with having the wrong address. I believe I lost the case due to her lack of preparation. Finding out 2 days before the hearing that she had a disability that should have been disclosed initially. I don't believe she should be practicing law at all. It felt like a money-making scam from the start. I wished I had read the reviews before I signed on. I had numerous documentation that I should have presented myself.
