Verified ClientHired Law firm 2019hired Donna to get a PFA for my family against a defendant who already pleaded guilty at the criminal court, and his probation is almost over. Donna said she could get it if it is only for my daughter, which I agreed. However at the court, it was clear that she was unprepared, and she lacks of knowledge. The defense attorney had to tell her the story of the case, of course it was the defense attorney's version. She did not ask me for clarification. She just bought whatever stories she was told. She yelled to me outside the door of the courtoom, and my young daughter was scared and crying because she could hear her words talking about her disabilities. She made my daughter, my son, my therapist came to the court to testify only to change her attitude out of the blue that she could not let them testify. My daughter is the key witness and the outcome would have been different if she let her testify. She never explained me why and she hung up the phone when I asked for clarificatio
