James Flinchum was born and raised in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Beaver Area High School, James attended college at the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany, and earned his law degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Attorney Flinchum's practice primarily consists of domestic matters, including divorce, support, PFA, and custody cases, as well as name changes, termination, and adoption cases. He also has experience with Allegheny County property tax appeals. Attorney Flinchum has a passion for helping each of his clients through what is oftentimes a stressful, difficult, and lengthy process.
In his spare time, James enjoys golfing and watching the Penguins and Steelers. James also thoroughly enjoys relaxing at home with his wife and Thor, their American Bully. Attorney Flinchum works out daily, and he is an amateur physique bodybuilding competitor. He has competed five times, and looks forward to continuing to compete in the future.
