Hired Law firm 2020-2023I agree with the reviewer who wrote “any positive reviews of this firm are Fake “ It would take me to much space on this forum to write how poorly and unprofessionally my case was handled. I will tell you that two years after my case was settled I found out that Swartz Culleton did not pay the medical bills that were part of the settlement and now they are coming after me for the money!! Like every one on here has said. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. I will be filing a complaint today with the Pa Bar association

Hired Law firm 2016-2022This is a top notch law firm when deciding who you need to represent you. They have teams working on your behalf and making sure they know your pain and suffering. Anytime I need quick answers, they are readily available. I mean they really take the time to know your case. I have recommended them to family. That says alot right there. The trust alone is worth it at this firm. Many thanks to Brandon and also Bryan Ferris who both helped me with my claim. They are up to date with the state's statutes. They have the patience to really understand what your needs are. Kindest regards, Kim

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
