Hired Attorney 2021-2022Paid frank 13K to save my home. Frank told me he was sending in documentation to the mortgage company, however foreclosure letters were still being sent to my home. I asked Frank about the paperwork being requested (from the mortgage company), and instead of being upfront (letting me know that he hasn’t sent anything as promised) he belittles me and tells me in a nutshell “you don’t know more than me”. I DO know that my home is in foreclosure status after you reassured me it wasn’t. Instead of being man enough to right your wrongs, you “mute” me on your phone that way you don’t receive my phone calls. 13K and you “mute” me? The mortgage company is blatantly telling me foreclosure is beginning and that you have not been responsive to their emails. Thanks a lot frank. Over 13K wasted and my home is in foreclosure.
