Sierra is a dedicated professional with a service-oriented approach to her Trusts and Estates practice. She is an enthusiastic problem solver with experience in navigating complex legal issues, assessing liabilities and risks, and providing thoughtful guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Sierra is as an Associate Attorney in the firm and focuses on estate planning and estate administration. Prior to joining the firm, Sierra worked as a Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department in the Real Estate and Economic Development Unit, handling complex real estate transactions and charitable trust matters. Previously, she worked as an Associate Attorney at Kleinbard, LLC, in the Business and Finance Department, as a member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Group.

Before joining Kleinbard, Sierra clerked in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Sheila Woods-Skipper. While working as a law clerk, she served as a volunteer attorney for Philadelphia VIP, representing tenants at eviction hearings in Municipal Court. Sierra continues to serve as a probono counsel for Philadelphia VIP on a range of legal matters, including estate planning, tangled title, and deed transfers.

Sierra is an active board leader, who brings a deep commitment to public service to her board leadership. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for Senior Law Center. Also, she serves as Recording Secretary on the Executive Board of the Barristers' Association of Philadelphia. Sierra also serves as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the National Bar Association Women Lawyers Division.
