Attorney Blaik who is part of Gusty Sunseri & Associates was my 4th and last attorney for a complicated 3 year battle over child custody and divorce. He put the end of the agony. He is very nice, very supportive, protective of the client attorney. He knows how to deal with nasty opponents. Had I found him earlier I would have won this case earlier. He perfectly navigated through the inconvenience of not knowing all the previous details and finally won my case. Can't thank you enough Salah.

5 stars Salah was so supportive when he helped me......he guided me through the entire process.....his turn around time was quick and easy..... and he was available at anytime. If I could give him a rating from 1 to 10.....it would been an 11!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this firm. They helped with a few different needs including civil and divorce. The amount of attention, understanding and help they provided was above and beyond! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I would recommend Gusty and his associates to everyone. Also, a big thank you to Salah. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Salah helped me out in a very timely manner. He kept in touch over weekends during his own personal time to keep me updated on the case and also to continue advocating for me. He helped me settle my case quickly and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

When viewing a listing, consider the state advertising restrictions to which lawyers and law firms must adhere, as well as our FindLaw.com Legal Directory disclaimer. Some lawyers publish comparative information regarding the services that they provide which may be subject to specific comparative communications restrictions.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
