Hired Law firm 2021-2023It was complete rip off. No one ever new what was going on. Never got back to. Never discussed anything with me. Out if $21500. I received $2300.00. They took over $12,000 for themselves and never even went after all the money that was available. I was referred to them and with me having an concussion and neck injury I never thought to check reviews before hiring.

Hired Law firm 2016They are frauds but what do you expect from Philadelphia. They stole my insurance money and allowed false claims. They tried to cover it. Papers show a hearing without me. They are crooks and need audited and investigated for massive fraud and identity theft.

Hired Law firm 2018-2020Scam company , bad service impossible to reach transferring the case from one lawyer to another every few months, working very slow. Never let you talk to an actual lawyer. Will try to steal the settlement by signing clients on a 45% interest loans. Do not trust or work with them. Their main goal is take all your compensation from you. It is what they did in my case.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
