Overview
Christina Gill Roseman is an experienced trial attorney who devotes her practice to representing consumers against auto manufacturers, RV manufacturers and dealerships in the areas of lemon law and auto fraud. Christina’s trial wins include jury and non-jury verdicts for consumers against Winnebago, Mercedes, Hyundai, Chrysler, General Motors, GM and Chrysler and dealerships. These verdicts are in addition to the many thousands of settlements for consumers for cash or new vehicles. Christina is the founder of Roseman Law Firm, PLLC and is admitted to the practice of law in the state courts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin, as well as federal district courts in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and New York.
Christina’s leadership in the legal community has earned her the respect of judges and fellow attorneys, which benefits the advocacy for her clients. She is the Chair of the Court Rules Committee of the Allegheny County Bar Association Civil Litigation Section, where she works with attorneys and the court to create and amend local rules to improve court access and outcomes. Christina has been an active member of the Civil Litigation Section Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association since 2018. Due to tireless efforts on behalf of consumers, Christina is the West Virginia Co-Chair of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the Vice-Chair of the Membership Committee of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Christina was the 2010-2012 Co-President of the Womens Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania and was a 2024 recipient of the Susan B. Anthony award from the Womens Bar Association.
Christina has received an "AV Preeminent" peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible rating for both legal ability and ethics. In recognition of her trial skills, Christina is a member of the invitation-only Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County.
With her deep knowledge of consumer and trial law, Christina has presented at national and local seminars and conferences over 20 times. Roseman Law Firm, PLLC has offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Morgantown, West Virginia.
