A native of Greene County, Pennsylvania, Attorney Rawlings earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice from PennWest Edinboro. She then obtained her Juris Doctor in 2010 from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she focused on poverty law, family law, and collaborative law practices. During law school, she was actively involved in the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division and the Coastal Association of Public Interest Law.
