Overview
I have served as an assistant district attorney with Allegheny County for almost 12 years. Throughout this time I was afforded the opportunity to work in a supervisory manner in authorizing and conducting over a thousand investigations, many of which I would eventually take to trial and onto successful verdicts. The cases I handled covered a wide range of crimes, from the least serious offenses to violent felonies consisting of but not limited to: homicides; sex assaults; white collar crime with business entities; corrupt government; theft and gambling rings; drug trafficking organization; driving under the influence. Moreover, I supervised and/or worked jointly with the following law enforcement bodies: U.S. Attorney's Office; DEA, FBI and ATF; PA Attorney General Task Forces; PA State Police; Allegheny County Police; City of Pittsburgh P.D.; and numerous local police departments in and around Allegheny County. Furthermore, I was consistently rewarded for diligent and successful work with promotions and increased responsibilities throughout my career as a prosecutor. These rewards were a direct result of my ability to handle high profile cases in a successful and professional manner.
Now my commitment to professional excellence is in the area of criminal defense. My experience of almost twelve years, and my exceptional trial and communication skills are what I have to offer a client.

Consulted Attorney 2008-2010I had been incarcerated with a lot of serious offences.
