Let me start off by saying Joe is hands down a life savier! I spent a good 5 years going back and forth with the mother of my children and my previous attorney who was clearly just taking my money and doing absolutely nothing for me. My ex attorney got me a crappy 60/40 split and would constantly, all but side with the mother of my children as if I were paying him to help her. I'd present him crazy amounts of evidence of their mother being neglectful. So much proof of her every few months switching up her partners and constantly boucning from house to house, CLEARLY not a stable environment for my sons! Hello everyone, first I want to start off by thanking Joseph Guillama and his office. If it was not for him I would not have my son today. I am a 31 year old male who was seeking primary custodianship of my 8 year old son. The odds were already against me being that I am an active military member and the fact that I reside out of state. The child resided with his mother in Pennsylvania for the past 5 years. I hired Joe for my custody and divorce cause I was looking for a family lawyer mainly a men's right lawyer, and it was the best decision I made he knows what he is doing. From the first time we meet at his office he was nothing but professional and courteous he told me what I had to do and what not to do, he was right on with everything he told me.
