Born and raised in the Scranton area, Dominic Mastri received a B.A. from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and then attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, where he received a certificate of achievement and excelled at constitutional law. He started his legal career as an assistant public defender in Lackawanna County and has a strong background in the courtroom, and then founded his own law firm in 2011.
