Stanley B. Cheiken - Yardley, PA

For more than 30 years, Stanley Cheiken has represented professionals, executives and business clientele in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Stanley comes from a family of business owners and entrepreneurs; and he understands what motivates his clients and the particular and personal challenges that litigation imposes on them, their families and their businesses. If Stanley is not already familiar with a new client’s specific industry or profession, he is able to quickly absorb the details. In his long career, Stanley has advocated for licensed professional clients in a multitude of disciplines, and has represented executives and businesses in a vast array of industries. Stanley’s experience gives him the ability to translate the issues affecting his clients’ profession or business into the parlance of the law, which is key to his success in persuading judges and jurors.

Stanley is a skilled trial lawyer with more than 100 jury and non-jury trials under his belt, in addition to many other adjudicative proceedings including injunction hearings, disciplinary licensing matters, private arbitrations, and mediations. Stanley is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. Stanley is also a proud member of the Bucks County Bar Association.

Stanley is a Philadelphia native and a graduate of Cheltenham High School, Dickinson College and Villanova University Law School. Stanley resides in Bucks County with his wife Julie, a registered nurse. Stanley serves on the Lower Makefield Township Human Relations Commission. He has two daughters, who are his pride and joy. In his spare time, Stanley enjoys running, rooting for Philly’s sports teams, dining out, traveling and spending family time “down the shore.”
