Verified ClientHired Law firm 2023-2024In June of 2023 I made arguably the biggest mistake of my life, I received a DUI while visiting in the San Diego area. I was extremely embarrassed so I couldn't just ask friends or family if they knew of a good lawyer. So I researched and saw multiple, very good reviews for the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum. So I called them, right away, they (Jorge Cabrera) made me feel at ease regarding my mistake and they walked me thru the entire process from beginning to end. The first point of business was to assure that I kept my drivers license, you have 10 days to do so. My Lawyer, Lauren Hofflin was excellent in her communications and kept me up to date of all court proceedings. I never had to go to court it was all handled by Lauren. I had a very high blood alcohol level at time of arrest, however Lauren was able to get it sentenced at lower level so the penalties were lower. From the start of the process to the end it was a very positive. From Anna her self to all of her employees nothing but sheer professionalism. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Anna R. Yum.

Verified ClientHired Attorney Anna R. Yum 2023-2024I went to Anna?s office after being arrested and receiving double digit charges. There was recorded evidence that was unfavorable to me, which made my case look very difficult to have an outcome without a conviction. However, the greater context comprised of thousands of details was favorable to me. Anna and her team worked diligently for a year, deciphering through those details and presenting them to the district attorney, and a way that resulted in 90% of the charges being immediately dismissed (along with all felony charges) and one remaining charge that would be dismissed prior to sentencing. The outcome seemed impossible, but Anna came through, and I really appreciate her and Team for their professionalism and diligence and patience along the way.
