Verified ClientHired Law firm 2023-2024One might be surprised to learn that I am submitting a positive review of my experience in a recent child-support amendment trial using Mikhail Lopez as my attorney, given that we essentially lost the case in a totally unusual and unfair ruling. Despite a ruling that is quite at odds with how the trial went and one that has severe negative consequences for me, I remain a supporter of Mikhail and would use him again. He was honest and fair and did the leg work needed to prepare a solid case. In the trial, it was clear he was well-prepared and the opposing attorney was not. Unfortunately, the other attorney delayed, and the judge decided to have written summations submitted. Somehow during the ensuing six weeks and despite the opposing attorney missing filing deadlines, we got a very surprising ruling against us. it would be very easy for me to endorse an attorney after winning. I hope readers will consider how much I respect Mikhail and his work that I endorse him and recommend him despite our loss.
