When there's so much good to speak on its hard to find a starting point. Si ill begin by saying if your Blessed enough to find yourself in the hands of Masnikoff and his Steller Team, You can rest assure that you no longer have to worry or wonder if your best interest, care, future, and life is in the right hands!!! I came to the firm by default( I fired my first two attorneys). So one can only imagine the doubt and lack of trust I had. I must say The Masnikoff Team's actions put all of my doubts to rest. Customer Service is unlike any, and i say this because I called every day all day and never once did I have to wait to speak with my team. All calls were returned in less then a day. And my questions or concerns were promptly taken care of. This is unheard of and even after my case was closed i still received the same attention and care with all my after thoughts ...questions. Thank Shakayla for dealing with all my demanding( Understanding that my mood was due to my pain, not my true demeaner) questions and taking all my calls . This firm is awful the worst firm you can hire professional not good enough for the case Charles one of t was trying to tell me insurance company probably will not give me more than 10k.

This is a very professional office. They were very attentive and sensitive to my needs. Lyle Masnikoff is an expert in Worker's Comp matters and the results justified that presumption. The other attorneys and paralegals in the office were wonderful in assisting me throughout the process.

I would highly recommend if you are considering this firm to choose another firm. I wasted time and lost valuable time on my disability claim. They conveyed that they were submitting paperwork which was in fact never committed. A word of advice social security notifies you when they receive paperwork from your attorney. After moving to a high quality firm I now realize this. When I was with this firm I was getting constant calls from social security that they were not receiving any documents from my attorneys office and they could not get them to return their calls. They even had the nerve to tell me I should not be talking to social security which if they had been social security would not have been contacting me to begin with. I have seen where their bad reviews go they will claim that I did not understand the process and in many ways they will be correct. Truth be told if I had i would have moved on much quicker and not wasted my time. I never even spoke with an attorney only under qualified personal who could care less about my situation.

I called this firm to ask for advice as they state a free consultation. My elderly mothers social security is being removed and they were very short, rude and said they only deal with new ss cases that have been denied. Basically told me to go away. Awful customer service!
