Firm Information
Overview
Attorney Howard M. Rudolph founded our West Palm Beach law firm, Rudolph & Associates LLC, over 10 years ago, bringing with him nearly 20 years of legal experience. Today, Mr. Rudolph and partner, Jaclyn Soroka, and our three associate attorneys, Marci E. Finkelstein and Amanda McCay, strive to provide high-quality family law services to the residents of South Florida who have legal needs related to the following:
- Divorce
- Legal separation
- Alimony
- Timesharing
- Child support
- Paternity
- Domestic violence
- Prenuptial agreements
In addition to our standard family law practice, we also offer representation to clients whose needs are family law-related but fall outside of family court. For example, some actions involving unmarried couples who have cohabitated or who share a child or children fall under the jurisdiction of a civil court. We are happy to assist clients whose cases fall into this category.
If you live in South Florida and you face a delicate family law challenge, you can turn to the experienced attorneys at the law firm of Rudolph & Associates LLP. Our attorneys understand that family law matters are not only legal but also emotional, and they strive to provide the support our clients need throughout the process. If you would like to discuss your challenge with one of our lawyers, we invite you to schedule an initial consultation at our West Palm Beach law office.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
