David and Matthew have been spot on for me through this workers comp process. Best decision I made was getting their help with this injury. From uncooperative bosses to the insurance company they have handled it all for me. Excellent advice and staying on top of things. Case not over yet but I have complete confidence in a positive outcome. I would recommend anyone with a Workers Comp situation to team up with these guys, it is truly a minefield and they will get you through!

They agreed to take me as a client in March 2022, I never received the application to sign. I expressed concern to them months ago but I was told "it takes time". Mid October 5 months later they tell me it was never filed and I need to do it myself. I wasted 8 months thinking I had an attorney working on my claim. Now I have to start over but I guess they don't care. Beware find another attorney for your disability claim!

asking for a second opinion often enough to piss me off, deadlines missed in compensation several times due to the incompetence of David Lopez . Big lack of representation, Matthew Bissette withdrew representation Oct. 27th… because I challenged there conflicting interests in my case… they acted as puppets for the insurance company, making sure I get railroaded by the detestable work comp system, and insurance lying doctor. lowered my chances of finding other representation and hurting my care… making me look bad is all these people do on both sides of the fence… do not hire this is a Mill for volume, they will boldly lie to your face!
