Avery spent three years as a personal injury attorney handling auto accident and premises liability cases before joining the team at Morgan and Morgan Plantation where he assisted thousands of clients with issues relating to property damage, bodily injury liability claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, mediation, and diminished-value claims and obtained over $6.5 million in negotiated settlements.
Prior to practicing Personal Injury, Avery obtained valuable litigation experience in the fields of disability law under the Federal ADA, landlord / tenant claims, insurance defense, and Criminal Defense. He began his career with the West Palm Beach Public Defender's office where he upheld the constitutional rights of indigent persons, which included over thirty trials.
Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, Avery obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University's prestigious Hotel School for Hospitality Management in Ithaca, New York."
