Daniel Randolph joined the Hankey Marks & Crider as an associate in 2018. His primary practice areas are Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. Originally from Kokomo, Daniel lives in Fishers with his wife and three children, although he returns to his hometown every chance he gets to visit family and stay connected to his roots.
Law is Daniel's second career, as he spent 14 years as a General Manager and Corporate Trainer in the restaurant industry, where he earned several leadership and operational excellence awards. In December 2017, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Law.
While in law school, Daniel interned at Indiana Legal Services in the Immigrants and Language Rights Center. He was also a law clerk for Indiana Legal Services in the Migrant Farmworker Law Center while also working as a law clerk at another firm. In addition to his comprehensive resume, he was also very active in law school, which he completed in two and a half years. In school, he acted as co-founder of the Student Immigration Law Society and earned a Silver Level Pro Bono Award for pro bono service hours.
He is a parishioner at Our Lady of Mount Carmel and volunteers his time to assist with anything involving his children - as they take up most of his free time - including track events, choir events, and chaperoning. Daniel also continues to volunteer with Indiana Legal Services in immigration and human trafficking matters. In his free time, Daniel enjoys cooking, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
