In addition, Evan provides general counsel services to business owners, primarily in the trucking industry, including areas of business formation, organization, and development, along with various contracts and transactions.
Mr. Fear graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University in 2020. He then attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor on the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. While in law school, Evan worked as a research assistant for a legal publication on unfair competition and trademarks. He also undertook independent legal research endeavors and authored “Disagreements on the De Minimis Exception for Sampling of Sound Recordings” and “Survey of Law Governing Carrier Liability Under the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act.” In addition, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. In 2023, Mr. Fear graduated with his Juris Doctor and was licensed before the Supreme Court of Illinois.
