My personal experience with Lindsey F. Munyer was completely unsatisfied. I hired her to monitor the trustees and give me monthly accounting of how estate funds were being spent Munyer failed to do her job I hired for. Instead her focus was sending emails back and forth to trustees attorneys demanding I moved my household belongings out so house could be sold. First things first: tenants needed to move. Not sending me demanding letters that I move my personal belongings. Her priorities were not focused and she was charging me for back and forth correspondence between trustees attorneys. If the house was empty those emails were have been required. Easy money. Munyer choose to ignore the information that I didn?t need her help to move out. The house was occupied by 4 or more family members. I was not living at residence. Those tenants didnt move out until 6 months later. If anything why didn't trustees start eviction in June instead of November. Munyer was not demanding that. Instead she was writing emails at 350+/- hr about me moving furniture not evicting tenants that delayed the house being sold for over 6 months which took away from my inheritance. Lindsey F. Munyer racked up 8,000+./- in attorneys fees writing unnrcessary emails to me and sending emails back and forth to trustees attorneys about my belongings and responding to other allegations my brother was making against me that were lies. Munyer even assigned another attorney to: without my approval to: so call ?help out with the move of my personal belongings?, ignoring my requests that she was not hired for that. I hired Munyer to give me information and records of how trustees were spending estate funds. She did not. I fired Lindsey F. Munyer in October, 4 months later as I felt she did not do her job as I needed her to do: protecting my inheritance bring squandered by trustees and records of estate funds being spent by law trustees are required to keep and produce I later hired another to recoup those fees. He informed me after reviewing the information I provided I had a case against Munyer for not representing me properly. There is a click with probate attorneys. Stay out of probate court. Set up a trust work together. Attorneys make easy money filing administrative documents emails, phone calls against your estate. I personally found Munyer to be disingenuous with a phony manner of concern that trustees were abusing the fiduciary power that effected my inheritance. Munyer expresses to me she wanted to wait until the house was sold which I was totally against and I expressed to her that position was totally opposite of what. I hired her for. Once they have you sign that contract they have you in a legal commitment. With the pandemic disproportionately affecting the Black community estate are being affected. From my personal experience, I would not hire Lindsey F. Munyer. Titles, accolades of achievement are bogus if an attorney has little to no moral turpitude. You need an honest attorney. We have a complaint with State Bar against Lindsey F. Munyer still under review
