ANITA P. ARRIOLA returned home to Guam in 1988, after practicing law at Public Advocates, Inc. as a partner in San Francisco, California for several years. She litigates business, civil, and complex cases and advises Guam and multinational companies on corporate, construction, development, banking, and insurance matters. Ms. Arriola has successfully argued and won numerous civil and criminal appeals in the Guam and federal courts. She has served as a mediator and arbitrator in civil matters.
