Verified ClientHired Law firm 2022I met with Anthony Anea to help my father and I with my father's estate planning and eldercare plan. I'm 30 years old and unfortunately my mother passed away semi-suddenly so this is the first time I'm having to do this and I am LOST. Anthony was SO patient and thorough. He answered ALL of my 1 million questions with kindness and compassion. He made sure we all understood everything that needed to happen and why which made my father and I feel really comfortable moving forward - we actually retained him ON THE SPOT! For someone who is going through this, for the first time and basically blind, I GREATLY appreciate the level of service that Anthony provided me with. I even had an additional question after our meeting and he got back to me with an answer the same day. It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
