Refused me when I asked to speak to the attorney handling the case or even an associate. Breaking so many laws. Be care this Indian company is fake and not real attorney's. Show up to your case and fight. They want you to default. Don't let them do that.

If I could give them Zero I would have. They have over 38 complaints with the BBB and respond to every complaint with the exact same response clearly not written by someone with English as their first language. They are the worst of the worst. If you are collecting a debt and choose to use them they will probably act unethically in order to collect.

Sleaze bag, low life collection agency posing as lawyers or low life lawyers working as collection agents... not sure what is the case but definitely the bottom of the barrel people.

Scum of the earth. I hope they enjoy going to he*l for the way they treat and get rich off of poor people.

This skill level at this firm is laughable and their professionalism is paltry. It is firms like this that give the practice of law a bad name.

This collection company is a joke! Josh from Scottsdale office so called the supervisor can care less about settling debt for his client Capital One. They had this account for 3+ years with Capital One tried summons me 4 times over that period to win judgement by default. I moved to another state 2 years ago and he wanted .90 cents on the dollar can care less. 2 years ago it was 40 cents on dollar and debt now has gone up like the stocks that folks buy. Really? Debt is now more expensive and even with the Covid. I would agree to maybe 40 cents on dollar tried and was proactive to settle debt since I owe it. He said maybe call us couple months. Are they there to collect revenue for their client Capital One? I guess they have fancy salaries and care less to settle with clients calling them. How many clients calling them as most hang up. If they worked for me I would of fired entire team. No follow up from rep previous week he has to run by attorney which is BS. He didn't run this by anyone higher in his office this Josh guy sits in cubicle eating chips all day. Anyone knows these company attorneys do not work there they hang their license to get free monthly checks to hold their license. If I was creditor I would of pulled this account and sent to company that cares to get this DONE. Collect money not even counter offer. This collection company a complete JOKE!

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
