Ann Marie Maccarone is an accomplished attorney with expertise in Rhode Island and Massachusetts law, focusing on estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax planning, and elder law.
Prior to joining Orson and Brusini, Ann Marie practiced at a multi-regional New England firm where she gained experience in all areas of estate and trust planning for high-net-worth individuals. She has extensive experience with trust and estate administration. She also has experience in representing clients in guardianship proceedings and serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for many Rhode Island probate courts.
Ann Marie has authored and been an instructor on Rhode Island title law.
