Consulted Law firm 2020Hello I have severe autoimmune disease. For over 7 years I have been receiving Remicade infusions at the hospital, but it all changed. My Health Net insurance said that from now on they will only cover in-home infusions. In fact it has to be Caram Infusion Center because that who they are in contract with. He begins my nightmare that I have only heard about and saw in movies!!! I contacted Caram immediately to find about process and then contacted my doctors office to make sure that they will provide Caram with all required orders, blood tests and whatever needed. That was done in a timely manner. I called Caram to schedule my next infusion. It took me 3 weeks to find the right person/office to talk to. I was leaving messages and was transferred all around US. After 3 weeks I found the right person Michelle Sanches (866 799 5830) who was in charge of my order. All that was 2 months ago. I have been calling every single day for the last two months and the only answer I get is "We are still verifying for insurance verification" I called Health Net, my insurance and they said everything was approved long time ago. I called my medical group and they said it was approved as well. Again I called Michelle from Coram and her supervisor Ann daily and they keep telling me that they are in waiting and they will call me back. They never once called me back. The only thing they say is that they were doing is sending email to billing. There was no other way for them to contact billing except through email. Today I am 2 weeks past my due date of receiving my medicine. Two month of stress and frustration. Two months of ignorance. I am currently in flare and afraid that because of no medication and so much stress my symptoms are no longer in control and I see surgery in a future that I was avoiding for 8 years by receiving my timely infusions. I will be sending this email to other channels to raise awareness.

Consulted Law firm 2016-2019CVS is not filling RX for opioid in a timely matter making people like myself to go into withdrawals and excruciating pain for days.If my regular CVS claims it is out of them no other CVS will fill the RX.As a former hospice RN I used to hear families complain of this happening,I never thought that I would be in the same situation.Going into withdrawal and having excruciating pain is something no one should have to go through specially since it’s preventable.CVS is my insurance preferred provider so for now I don’t have a choice but to go there but I’m planning on charging that soon. I have heard many people complaining of the same things at the Dr office and of them having to change pharmacies so I’m aware of many people leaving CVS for the same reasons.We all get old and sick,I just pray to God that the persons responsible for this happening are not made to suffer like myself and many others just because CVS will not fill their legal RX. I would never recommend CVS to anyone,ever.
