Ms. Pentz graduated from the University of South Carolina 1996 and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University Of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar that same year, and she has since been admitted to the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. After graduating law school, Ms. Pentz served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ernest J. Kinard, a Circuit Court Judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit. Before joining McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates, P.A., Ms. Pentz served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of South Carolina where she represented our state in various civil and criminal matters for five years.
Ms. Pentz is an active member of the of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Lexington County Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, the South Carolina Injured Workersβ Advocates, and the South Carolina Workersβ Compensation Educational Association.
