    We first contacted Ken Barker to represent our interests in litigation with an oil company operating on our land in the late 1980's. We were very impressed with his ability and have continued to ask him to represent our interest through the years since. Ken Barker represented our company through circuit court and on to the South Dakota Supreme Court. Mr. Barker presented the case well and our interest prevailed in both cases that were appealed to the South Dakota Supreme Court by the Defendants.. Mr. Barker is a good man, a man of character and is our first choice for an attorney when we have an issue that leaves litigation as the only course left or when we need legal advice and direction.
