Founded in 1996, our firm has built a longstanding presence in the community by delivering reliable legal counsel and consistent results. Led by partners Matthew J. Kinney and Kim Kinney, we bring decades of combined experience to a wide range of criminal defense matters. Our practice focuses exclusively on criminal law, allowing us to offer in-depth knowledge across a variety of charges. We represent clients in cases involving DUI and drug-related offenses, including drug crimes and drugged driving. We also handle matters related to assault, violent crimes, robbery, theft and vandalism, as well as sex crimes and weapons charges.
In addition, we assist clients with expungements, probation violations and license revocation issues, working to minimize long-term consequences whenever possible. Our firm is also experienced in handling cases arising from highway traffic stops, hunting violations and incidents connected to large events such as the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
