Hired Law firm 2026This firm does not care about their clients. Won't do simple tasks like sending letters, can't get documents or even review documents. They are impossible to get in touch with. They make every excuse why they cannot do these things or extremely condescending. And if you find yourself with them because of Legal Shield, you might want to read your policy benefits, because the money spent isn't really worth getting treated so badly. This is the most incompetent law firm I've ever dealt with. They are truly afraid of fighting for your rights, but not too afraid to take the money when they do absolutely nothing. And they don't mind throwing you under the bus when they are challenged by an opposing firm.
