Hired Law firm 2021-2022I have to write the highest regard for this law firm. Sheridian has knowledge and wisdom in the law practice that he has put so much time and energy into . It comes completely together as he speaks in your behave as he is representing you. What a deference it makes in your case to have in your defense someone whom you can trust and goes the extra mile to study the law the way this Attorney has done. And it makes you feel at ease while watching him speak as a representative standing in the gap for you, when you need someone to, when your world appears to be over. Not just his professionalism knowing every detail of knowledge in law and how he presents himself as a King Solomon in your behave, but it eases your mind knowing that everything will be Just Fine, and you can relax knowing that he’s got your back! Plus the compassion and care he shows you, like he just walked in your world , but as tho he’s always been there and going to take you outta your deepest concerns. As tho he is an mother hen that tucks her chick under its wing to protect it, from its enemy. Once my orientation was over and we went before my accusers and saw how he handled the case so completely with self assurance and confidence. I knew I had nothing to worry about and I could rest and put it all in his hands , knowing I was in the best hands. So calm and knowledgeable and completely in charge because it was evident he knew his law, it just flowed out of his mouth with ease . Every state code and law that was needed at its proper time. With such self confidence, putting the other attorney to shame. Randolph held even the judge in awh and captive to his ability of dancing with the opposing attorney in an eloquently kind and soft spoken manner, of his knowledge of the law. My case has still not been closed. But, I have no doubt that it will be very well satisfactory to me, with Randolph representing me. And I may add, that the secretary is an excellent choice for working along side him. They both go hand in glove to accommodate every need. Even to the comforting and soothing advice at the right time….. Truly recommend this law firm for any situation that you may have. Rest in your battle, he’s a giant slayer in your behalf to conquer and defend you till it’s been slayed and put to death !

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
