Attorney Information

Overview

From the time he was a football player at the University of Memphis to arguing on behalf of his clients today, William Hagan III of The Collierville Law Firm has thrived in highly competitive pursuits. After earning an honors degree in finance from the University of Memphis, he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School in 1991. Bill began his career performing federal criminal defense work before switching his legal focus to civil matters. In 1996, he helped to establish the firm of Hall & Hagan, which later developed into Hagan & Patterson. Today, as the owner of The Collierville Law Firm, Bill brings more than 24 years of experience and dedication to a wide range of practice areas, including family law, personal injury, criminal defense and business law.

Bill is a well-known presence in the community, with unusually high visibility and access. Bill maintains close, cordial relations with the local law enforcement establishment. In his practice, he focuses on delivering personal, one-on-one attention.

As further proof of his integrity, Bill has attained a high rating from the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings, an objective indicator of a lawyer's ethical standards and professional ability.

Bill still likes the challenge that comes from a good fight. Today, instead of a victory on the football field, his goal is swift and fair justice for the people he represents.
