Parker and LaDuke is an association of attorneys handling Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support and other Family law cases as well as Personal Injury and Business Law. We have been at the same convenient West Knoxville location for 23 years and we have over 47 years combined legal experience. We believe that a strong attorney-client relationship is essential to obtaining the best outcome in your case.
At your initial consultation we will review your case and make recommendations for a course of action, in plain language. We believe that a common sense approach to handling your case leads to the best outcome. We have set prices for some services but our fees will vary according to what needs to be done in your case. After your initial consultation we will be able to quote you a fee for your case. We have payment plans available depending upon circumstances.
We handle cases in Knoxville, Maryville, Kingston, Clinton, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Newport, Rutledge and Morristown, and in Knox, Blount, Anderson, Roane, Loudon and Sevier and other East Tennessee Counties.
