Overview
Criminal defense has been my passion for over 30 years. To strive to be the best, you have to be able to take on all types of cases regardless of public perception. Every individual has a right to competent counsel. I have had success at all levels of the spectrum of criminal defense. I was recognized with the assistance of counsel award for representing individuals who couldn't afford an attorney. I have had high profile cases which gained national attention that provided me a guest appearance on the Bill O'Riley show. I've been a legal analyst for the Nashville television stations as well as a guest commentator for the major Nashville newspapers. When people think of me, they think criminal defense. I have the experience to properly represent individuals whether it is a misdemeanor or a serious felony.
