Overview
At Jackson Spencer Law, we advocate for the best interests of employees in Dallas, Texas. While some law firms play both sides of the field, we focus on serving workers. When there is little to no risk of your current opponent being a past client of our law firm, you can worry less about potential conflicts of interest.
Concerns We Address At Jackson Spencer Law
Sadly, workplaces have become a breeding ground for unfair treatment. This is especially the case among minority groups and marginalized demographics, but it can happen to anyone. If you have ever had these thoughts or suspicions, we are ready to fight for you:
- I'm being discriminated against, harassed or bullied.
- I don't think my employer had a good reason to fire me.
- I need to know my rights as a whistleblower.
- My employer has not paid all my overtime money.
- I need more money for my severance pay.
- I need someone to help me review this contract.
Why Our Clients Love Working With Our Law Firm
Ideally, you never have to work with our law firm, but if you do, know that you are in good hands. You can also count on the first consultation being free. We cannot promise the outcome you seek, but we work hard to help you achieve it. Our team of experienced attorneys will leave no stone unturned when seeking solutions.

Hired Law firm 2024-2025I signed with this firm to represent us in a case against a former employer. They did get us through an unsuccessful mediation but then declined to pursue the case any further leaving us lost with no other backup plan for representation. We were never really told that they would not represent us through a lawsuit until the very end. As such our deadline has come and we have not been able to pursue our case. Transparency would go a long way.
