Our family law practice includes representation in divorce, child custody disputes, child support matters, adoptions, modifications, temporary orders and other complex family-related legal issues. In addition to family law, we represent individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Our personal injury practice includes car accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, slip-and-fall incidents and other serious injury claims. We are dedicated to helping injured clients pursue the compensation they deserve for medical expenses, lost income and other damages. Because we handle personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis, clients pay no upfront costs unless we recover compensation on their behalf.
Led by attorney Lance Welch, our firm brings nearly two decades of experience handling both family law and personal injury matters. Having worked with both large and small firms throughout his career, Lance combines extensive legal knowledge with a client-focused approach centered on communication, responsiveness and trust.
