Her case experience includes more than 150 DWI-related matters, including first-offense DWI, repeat-offense DWI, DWI cases involving elevated blood alcohol concentration allegations, and felony DWI prosecutions. She has also represented clients facing assault family violence allegations, weapons-related offenses, marijuana possession offenses, aggravated assault accusations, harassment allegations, and other complex criminal matters. Before entering private practice, Ms. Rubio served with the Williamson County Attorney's Office, where she advanced to the role of trial prosecutor. Ms. Rubio earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 2014 and later earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University. She received her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in 2019 and was admitted to practice law in Texas the same year.
