Before joining Michael & Associates in 2025, Mr. Dworin spent nearly 30 years in private practice representing clients in complex criminal matters throughout Texas. During his tenure at Michael & Associates, Mr. Dworin has handled more than 320 criminal matters spanning a wide range of misdemeanor and felony offenses.

His experience includes more than 100 DWI-related matters, ranging from first-offense DWI charges to repeat-offense and felony DWI prosecutions. His experience includes cases involving blood and breath testing evidence, elevated blood alcohol concentration allegations, repeat-offense DWI prosecutions, and other scientific and procedural issues commonly encountered in DWI litigation.
