Jeffrey has been a great help in what seems like a never ending court battle. You can tell he truly puts people first, and it speaks volumes, at least it did to me. I?ve had legal representation once before which caused me to really be skeptical when finding one to trust, I?m glad I made the right decision by choosing him to help guide me along the way.

To preface, upon meeting Jeffrey, every attorney I consulted with up to this point, in short, said I held no chance of obtaining a 50/50 possession and access schedule of a child under the age of 2 years old. During our initial consultation, Jeffrey thoroughly read through my case documentation and made it a point to understand everything up to the present time and my objectives and noted more or less that "while I can't guarantee 50/50, there is a chance and it's something we can fight for". Shortly after retaining Jeffrey, his team swiftly emailed opposing counsel and, after a couple of days, helped me regain possession and access (which was initially not being honored by opposing counsel). My case suffered from multiple failed mediations, pushed court dates, and difficulties with opposing counsel, but Jeffrey and his team prepared me for all of it. They helped me take all of the necessary steps to increase my chances of acquiring a 50/50 in my case and leveraged nearly, if not a year's worth of text and pictures I provided as exhibits for when we went to court. Jeffrey exhibited astuteness and prowess during litigation, exposing holes in the opposing counsel's case, leading to no reason why there shouldn't be a 50/50 custody order. With the utmost confidence, if it weren't for Jeffrey and his team, I wouldn't have received an order by a judge for 50/50 possession and access of a child under the age of 2 years old. All of this is to say that Jeffrey is exceptional and is someone that I'll hire again for all of my family law needs.

Opposite experience. Someone needs a new bot checker or fake review checker. I employed This man and his partner, and they proceeded to commit fraud, and ruined my life. Coincidentally they are also friends with opposing counsel in business and real life, and botched the msa where my lawyer Jeffrey Connelly let them add 4 clauses to the MSA without even telling me or fighting for me. It has effected my kids massively. The MSA was supposed to be the end, but Jeffrey made sure it was just the beginning, as opposing counsel spent a great deal of time talking to him alone without me there and insisted on remote, well after masks were a thing. He then proceeded to let opposing counsel violate the court order stating that my ad litem's final recommendations were the key consideration. Somehow both my lawyer and opposing counsel kicked her out with no explanation. My children and I are still suffering at the hands of my own attorneys. I don't write reviews. But i experienced the real thing, and the real thing for them is fraud and con artistry. TC lawyers have each others' backs and split the pot after lunch at ranch 616, or so i hear, allegedly. Do not trust. Do not trust. I hope this helps someone.
