Our firm was founded by Lance Kennedy, who has a unique background that includes serving as a former Assistant United States Attorney, former Assistant District Attorney and U.S. Army Judge Advocate. With experience handling federal and state cases, including seven federal jury trials and more than 50 Texas trials, we bring a deep understanding of how prosecutors approach cases and how to build strong defenses.
