Walker M. Duke - Dallas, TX

So in May of 2023 i was hit by a vehicle, I was crossing the street using the cross walk. Never saw anything coming. But two vehicles colided each going 40,mph and the collision forced a vehicle to crush me and flew me 20ft into a parking lot. I suffered two broken legs a shattered ankle. Plus sox broken ribs... My life was completely destroyed. Not being able to walk , work, or even move was a life changing event I never thought I would experience. So as I sat in the ICU for 17 days I was completely out of it and had no idea what I had been through or what I was yet to face. After ICU I started to have a flashback and was able to communicate to my husband. I googled a great attorney for Dallas that has to do with vehicle collisions. And Walker Duke came up ... This unfortunately was a horrible choice for me. Walker Duke first made a million promises and made everything sound like it would be so easy and amazing. But in 3 months he never even procured my medical records. After several attempts to communicate with him and his sectary Maria, she was the one who you had to talk to never walker duke. But regardless Maria has no idea how to be a decent person or have empathy at all. I am not a talk over the phone person , grew up in a texting generation, will Maria was not willing to answer my texts and refused to respond to my texts. Now I see why. I would have the documents that I need to show the absolute neglect they showed to me and my case. I asked basic questions like how much I would be receiving and how long this process would take..... The attorney and his sectary never responded and would demand I call them with my concerns. Well I texted Maria on a Saturday bc it's been three months and absolutely nothing has been accomplished for my case. Maria texted me that I had no right to contact her phone over the weekend and especially after office hours. That sealed the deal for me. She has showed me how ignorant she can be and heartless at that. So I actually hired a fabulous attorney after I fired Mr duke within the three months it took for me duke to do nothing, my new attorney from Karns and karns had already settled my case for the maximum the insurance would allow 130,000. Very ecstatic and Happy. You would not believe me dismay when my attorney told me Mr duke is trying to sue my attorney for some of my settlement. How dare he. And if that's how he makes his money by stealing others hard earned money Shame on him . I will comment and leave a million comments so people know what a shame he is. Bc it's not fair to me or my hard working attorney to have to pay for an attorney that doesn't work at all. I will pray the Lord forgives you Mr duke bc what you are doing is wrong, you didn't earn anything for my case and don't deserve a dollar from my settlement. I'm thankful you didn't try to get bc we would still be trying and probably never received 130,000. Your lack of self respect, lack of even caring or attempting to care about your clients is ridiculous and I will post my comments everywhere. Hope it will stop the next innocent victim from giving you a chance for you to steal from them
